IAPG-Serbia is the 38th national section of the IAPG. This section will be coordinated by Miloš Marjanović and Aleksandar Antić.
Miloš Marjanović (above, right) has been assistant professor at State University of Novi Pazar since 2025. He received a PhD in 2024 on the topic of geotourism. The PhD thesis was about “Geotourism of Zaječar district”. His research area is geotourism, tourism assessment models and urban geotourism.
Aleksandar Antić (above, left) holds a PhD in Geosciences from the University of Novi Sad and was awarded a postdoctoral fellowship by the Swiss Government through the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI) to conduct research at the University of Lausanne (Institute for Geography and Sustainability and Center for Mountain Research). His research focuses on sustainable cave and karst management, cave tourism, geotourism, and the ethical dimensions of geoscience practice.
